Raimonda Sonienė

My friendship with my optician has lasted 13 years. In 2016 I graduated from Šiauliai
I am a graduate of the University's optometry programme and practise as an optometrist. In 2021 I completed my
qualification at the VU Faculty of Medicine.
My research interests include binocular disorders and the selection of correction for complex
cases. I also focus on modern eye care, cutting-edge personalised
products and quality patient care.
I gained invaluable experience working in chain opticians, later helping to organise
as an independent optician and currently practise independently as an independent
optometrist.
I am continuously improving my qualifications by participating in international and Lithuanian conferences, qualification
refresher courses, seminars and webinars

I would like to contribute to processes that would help raise the level and quality of optometric services in Lithuania
and share your experience with colleagues and partners.
