On 13 and 27 May 2018, at the Faculty of Medicine of Vilnius University, the OA organised a professional development seminar for the members of the Association "Slit lamp and ocular biomicroscopy in optometrist's practice" (lecturer Saulius Galgauskas, MD, PhD) and a training course on "First Aid" (lecturer Oskaras Medzevičius, director of the public enterprise "Important Step")

On 7 October 2018, the Association of Optometrists, in cooperation with ALCON, organised a professional seminar on "Assessment of Binocular Functions for Selection of Correction" for the members of the Association at the VU Faculty of Medicine.
